Introduction to water-cooled low-temperature freezer

This freezer is a refrigeration system consisting of three major components: a refrigeration system, a water system, and an electrical system. The core is the refrigeration system, which is composed of a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser, and an expansion valve. A water-cooled cryogenic freezer is a refrigeration device because its condenser (radiator) is a shell and tube type. It uses an external cooling tower and a cooling water pump to dissipate heat from the cooling tower. The core advantages of a water-cooled cryogenic freezer: high energy efficiency, used in places with cooling water sources, low noise, etc.


Application fields

With the development of modern science and technology, the requirements for diversified products are not met by normal temperature water for some processes and equipment. For example, pharmaceutical chemicals, food and beverages, special electronic materials and other high-end industries often require low-temperature freezers to meet process requirements.
