Unit Overview


The intelligent heat exchanger unit is an electromechanical device that integrates heat exchangers, circulation pumps, water supply pumps, instruments, sensors, electrical controls, valves and pipelines. It is scientifically calculated and optimized, and has the advantages of excellent hardware configuration, reasonable structural layout, advanced control system, convenient operation and management, and economical operation costs. It can provide integrated heat exchange comprehensive solutions for users with different needs, and has been widely used in many fields such as regional heating/cooling systems, domestic hot water systems, waste heat recovery, and seawater desalination process cooling systems.


Unit Design


The layout of the equipment and pipelines of the heat exchange unit has beautiful appearance, smooth pipeline interface, small pressure loss, convenient maintenance, easy operation and observation; maintenance space is left on both sides of the plate heat exchanger; when the medium on the primary side is steam, the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline is less than 50m/s. When the medium on the primary side is hot water, the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline is less than 2.5m/s; the flow rate of the medium on the secondary side is less than 3m/s. The pressure drop of the pipeline and equipment of the heat exchange unit does not exceed 100kPa on the primary side and 120kPa on the secondary side.

The water supply temperature is intelligently controlled by industrial control calculation or intelligent temperature regulator, that is, the water supply temperature can be set according to the program and can change with the outdoor ambient temperature, standard room temperature and time, with high heating quality and energy saving. 2. When exchanging steam and water, a condensate heat exchange section and condensate temperature control are set to make full use of the heat of condensate. 3. The system water replenishment adopts frequency conversion control, automatic water replenishment and voltage stabilization. 4. High-performance stainless steel plate heat exchanger is used, the unit is small in size and occupies a small area. 5. Control Solution


The intelligent heat exchange unit controller monitors outdoor temperature, pressure, temperature, flow, current, voltage, power and other parameters of the primary and secondary pipe networks, controls the opening of the primary regulating valve, the speed of the secondary circulation pump and water supply pump, and the number of running pumps, etc., to achieve the social effect of good quality of centralized heating and the purpose of low-cost and economic operation of the thermal power station. The advanced German Siemens intelligent control system is adopted, and secondary development is carried out in combination with the actual working conditions of heat exchange in China to provide the best solutions for users with different needs.
